How to Order?

1.  Ordering

Decide on a Product style (mantelpiece, fountains or Etc)
The first step in ordering a product such as a mantelpiece for your project will be to determine which style is most appropriate. This may be determined by simply choosing a style from our gallery that appeals to you aesthetically or there may be certain prevailing design conditions, such as a specific architectural style or site parameters, which must be respected. We encourage you to call us to discuss your project regardless of what stage in the decision making process you are. With a few simple questions, our knowledgeable staff can quickly determine your project requirements in order to develop a proposal for you.

Receive a complementary quotation
Once we have determined which style is best for your project, we will put together a comprehensive quotation including all costs to manufacture and ship your project directly to your job site. We can also provide you with an installation quotation if you wish.

Accept quotation
Once you are satisfied with all the details of your quotation, you can choose to accept our quotation and submit your deposit in order to schedule production of your project. Note that none of our design/sales team members are paid on commission. We are here to give you the information you require to make the best decision possible.

2.  Manufacturing

Shop drawing generation and approval
Once your deposit is received, your project is scheduled for manufacturing pending shop drawing approval. World Marble Store Design Team will create and submit shop drawings of your mantel/Floor for your approval. Once we receive your drawing approval, our artisans will begin manufacturing your project. If your project requires custom Carving, our Carving team will submit photography of the Carving pieces to you for your approval prior to final manufacturing.

Product manufacturing
Your project is now manufactured according to the drawings you have approved and the stone type you have chosen. Finishing and polishing time of final product will vary according to the type of stone chosen.

3.  Delivery & Installation

Delivery is scheduled
Once your project manufacturing is completed, you will be notified and all specifics concerning delivery will be addressed. We will require final payment and delivery information at this time in order to schedule crating and shipping. World Marble Store has been shipping products fully insured across North America and Europe for over a decade. World Marble Store's years of shipping experience allows us to boast an impeccable delivery record.

Project Installation
Our commitment to you goes beyond the shipping of your project. Our products have been developed for a trouble-free installation by any competent stonemason. Technical assistance is just a phone call away if you will be managing your own installation.

Installer Referral Service
We can refer you to an experienced installer for that extra peace of mind. Our referral service will put you in touch with a professional stone installer that has installed literally dozens of World Marble Store Projects. Our Clients are describing our referred installers as artists in their own right.
